WaterAid Winter Appeal Illustrations

WaterAid Winter Appeal The Joy of Childhood

Mentioning a winter project at the beginning of Spring is not something necessarily natural. However, I decided to refresh my online portfolio and as I was having a look at the piles of (un)finished projects in my design vault, I discovered some unjustly forgotten gems. I will be adding them one by one in the coming days.

The first one is The Water Aid Winter Appeal Project which consists of several illustrations I did for a booklet about a Christmas charity initiative by WaterAid UK. I was commissioned for it by Progression Design agency and like every project that has a Christmas-related deadline, we had to wrap everything really quickly. This is the main reason I didn’t announce it earlier – I was literary buried with work at the time and when the pace went back to normal in January, I felt like I had a 3 month-long amnesia. Now when I have the time to go back to it and reflect, I think it was quite an interesting burst of creativity.
